Oscar Fashion

Much as I am loathe to admit how much I adore watching the Oscars and the concurrent fashion show, I do - my secret sauce this year was the Tivo, which made the whole Academy Experience *so* much more tolerable. 3 and a half hours of show whittled down to about an hour and fifteen minutes of actual content (and that's if you're generous and watch half the speeches).

But my favorite part is watching the fashions. There were some beautiful dresses last night, like Cate's below, but nothing is more fun then looking at the bad dresses or good dresses on bad people. I have been patiently and excitedly awaiting commentary from my favorite "build 'em up, tear 'em down" fashion commentary site to do the whole AA-parade justice and they have not disappointed.
